- Our backend, database, cloud and email providers process enquiries so they can be stored and delivered to the Kresona support team.
We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect a person, our rights or the security of the service.
4. Retention and security
We keep enquiries only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide requested services, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. Operational logs are retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.
